As a prosecutor coming from 1990 to 2004, Microsoft Harris asked for suspects individually. Yet as the area legal representative (DA) of San Francisco, from 2004 to 2010, and attorney-general of California, coming from 2011 to 2017, she considered the bigger photo: criminal offense prevention, social safety and security as well as social ills.
